| Specification | The solution is built to ensure a fully automated loading and unloading of containers from or to truck trailers in ASC transfer areas. At this measuring system a 3D-Laser scanner from the product range of the LASE3000D-Series is installed on a steel pylon (height: approx. 7 m) and is located between two transfer lanes of the shore-based transfer area. In a transfer area with a size of for example six lanes, three 3D-Laser scanners are required. The laser scanners are connected via an Ethernet-interface with a appropriate LASE Control Unit (LCU) which operates with the application software LASE CEWS Basic and a specific Lase TDS software. Then the measuring results for the unloading position are communicated to the ASC control. |
